If you think your item may be damaged.

It is the customers responsibility to inspect the shipment for missing or damaged items. YOU must note on the freight bill any missing or damaged items you see. Hidden damages must be forwarded to the freight company with in the next business day. You only have a limited amount of time to make a claim. MOST trucking companies allow 24-48 hours after delivery to make a claim. We suggest you take a photo of the damage before the truck driver leaves. It is the customers responsiblitiy to unload the item from the rear of the semi. Freight companies do not require the driver to help unload your item.

Any item over 7 feet long or 3 fee deep CAN NOT use lift gate delivery.

Commercial / Business Delivery:

If you have a commercial address you will not have a problem. This will be a normal delivery.

Home / Home Business Delivery:

The driver is required to get your item to the rear of the semi so you can unload it. Most of the time a forklift will be needed to unload your item. If you can not unload your item by hand, you should request "lift gate" service. There is a charge of about $125 for MOST lift gate service. You can also request "call ahead" service. Most trucking companies charge $50 for "call ahead". Remember the truck is over 60 feet long.
