This item ships TRUCK freight.
If you think your item may be damaged.
It is the customers responsibility to inspect the shipment for missing or damaged items. YOU must note on the freight bill any missing or damaged items you see. Hidden damages must be forwarded to the freight company with in the next business day. You only have a limited amount of time to make a claim. MOST trucking companies allow 24-48 hours after delivery to make a claim. We suggest you take a photo of the damage before the truck driver leaves. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the trucking company within the next business day for any damage or missing parts.
The truck driver will NOT wait for you to unload your item. You have about 20 minutes to get the item unloaded before you are charged a waiting fee.
It is the customers responsiblitiy to unload the item from the rear of the semi. Freight companies do not require the driver to help unload your item.
Any item over 7 feet long or 3 fee deep CAN NOT use lift gate delivery.
